On February 7,a $5.4 million deposited on HTX was spotted on this TWGHNc , and the next day Ethereum worth over $5million was withdrawn from HTX with 0x7a95 address
And subsequently on February 12, A withdrawal of 9959 Ethereum was spotted from binance to HTX.
